iPad, iPhone problems with SMTP email
Solution Some Cell Phone email providers and Internet service providers (ISPs) block port 25 to reduce the amount of junk mail that originates from their domains. By blocking port 25, an ISP requires customers to use its SMTP servers so it can monitor outgoing messages and reduce spam so to use our email you will need to change to port 587

touch/open "Settings" icon.
touch/open "Mail, Contacts, Calendars".
on accounts, choose the account you wish to change the port for.
touch/open "account "
touch/open "SMTP" under "outgoing mail server".
touch/open your "primary server".
on the bottom, touch/open "server port"
change the port from "25" to "587".
touch/open "done".
